The #insidestory awards 2017 recognise and reward best practice in internal communication. The awards reflect the profession and reward your hard work.

CIPR Inside is a group within the chartered body of CIPR dedicated to internal communication and employee engagement. Our judging is rigorous and our awards are hard won. We have improved the entry process to make entering the awards more simple. The awards categories and the criteria have been reviewed and updated to give you clear guidance and ensure that robust standards are maintained. A team of experts is being invited to judge.

Every entry successfully submitted will be automatically entered into the Special Judges' award. This award recognises best practice, use of measurement and the results achieved for the budgets available.

This year there will be panel interviews for individual and team categories for those who make the shortlist. When you make the shortlist we want to meet you, talk to you and understand more about the work you have been doing and the difference it has made.

Being shortlisted is a great achievement.

Winning gives you the proof that your work is outstanding, and demonstrates to your leaders, clients and colleagues that you are among the best.

Standard Entry Deadline: November 30, 2016

Shortlisted Interviews: January 16, 2017

Use the guide below to submit your entry:

  • Review the entry criteria on the individual category pages on the CIPR Inside website carefully before selecting the category you wish to enter.
  • Entries can be saved as DRAFT to allow you to continue working on them at a later stage. Please note that only entries saved as FINAL will be considered for judging.
  • Review your entry carefully before submitting it as FINAL.
  • Entries submitted as FINAL cannot be edited.
  • Complete an entry form once for each submission that you wish to make. Once you have completed the required fields and are happy with your entry, submit it as FINAL and arrange payment. Note: The Clare Latham award and Future Leader award are both free to nominate. The Best Public Sector or Charity Campaign category is free to enter when you enter another category. When you complete your entries submit them as final but do not select payment for these free categories. You will not need to pay for them.
  • Payment can be made using a credit/debit card or by requesting an invoice, and multiple entries can be paid for together.
  • All entries must be paid in full by 17:00 GMT on December 15, 2016 or they will be withdrawn.

  • 3 Entries: 240+VAT

Late Deadline 18:00 15th Dec.:

  • 1 Entry: 150
  • 2 Entries: 270+VAT
  • 3 Entries: 405+VAT
